User comfort is prioritised through the use of natural light for all work stations, with all windows able to be opened by users (which also facilitates maintenance of the glass). All terraces will be accessible at floor level and have fixed protection barriers. Certain terraces will be vegetated to improve their integration into the site. The orientations towards the sun will be used to better regulate the use of air conditioning, and the system will also be managed and controlled by a global BMS.
Through its architecture, the new building will reflect its environment with a metal skin which plays on the contrasts of light reflecting on three types of panels: natural aluminium panels – stainless-steel mirror panels – aluminium-zinc panels.

As a whole, the new building gives the Aillettes and Cravanche site a new élan and a new image, reflecting the new dynamism of the site initiated by the Techn'Hom ZAC (mixed development zone).
