The site of the former ore-washing plant on a hillside north of the Atalayoun Peninsula will be the site of the first Cité d’Atalayoun.
A lookout plateau located on the slope 21 m above the sea forms the caesura between small collective-housing buildings in stone located at the edge of the pinewood and an area with individual houses with patios stretching to the coastal promenade and the sea. This lookout plateau is accompanied by a linear flat hotel and one level of underground car park built into the slope.
