Commission I: Territorial Goals and Strategies for Reconstruction, overall study of the territory of Haiti.
Commission II: Structuring model for the territory around the Boucle Centre - Artibonite
After an initial “Haiti Tomorrow” project consisting of an overall study throughout the territory (Commission I), Boucle Centre-Artibonite (Commission II) projects in time a space designed as an organic whole, built around a road structure designed to structure a territory in depth.
Meetings with the affected populations and discussions with political authorities and civil society made it possible to correct choices made by technicians and integrate the ideas and wishes of the population into the design.
The Boucle Centre-Artibonite project is a concrete project for territorial development designed to include an economic project. It is a model for structuring the territory of Haiti.
