The airport and the Peninsula
The airport is the last large free space on the Cap-Vert Peninsula. Urban development has ceased at the walls along its runways.
This void is an excellent opportunity for creating an urban hub homologous to the plateau in the north of the Peninsula.
The project has two goals:
Create an emblematic city symbolised by the Cité des Affaires de l'Afrique de l'Ouest
Ensure a harmonious link with the surrounding districts by prolonging the traditional city.
