Renovation of the common areas of the Saint Sébastien shopping centre in Nancy
The architectural task has three main aspects:
- Restore an identity to the centre, which is anchored in the city’s historic heritage
- Recreate unity and consistency of the place as a whole
- Use the architectural qualities of the place – naturally lighted atriums – to create mini-squares. These mini-squares are identifiable thanks to colourful, differentiated floor treatments and the installation of specific furnishings.
