In 1996, the firm completed the company headquarters of Nestlé France on the former site of the Menier factory in Noisiel.
Today, we are in charge of the urban and programming coherence of the new project for the Menier site set in motion by the representatives of the State, the local government, Linkcity France, the urban operator in charge of transformation of the site and the current owner of the property, Nestlé.
This historic site will be renewed and opened for the first time to the general public, while preserving and enhancing its historic and natural identity on the banks of the Marne.
The project includes a “Cité du Goût” (City of Taste), a quality hospitality offering, a “Cité productive” (with food producers and processors), a “parcours résidentiel” (social housing) as well as the amenities necessary for the functioning of a welcoming neighbourhood.
For 2024, the Chocolaterie Menier positions itself as the new spearhead of the “Parc de la Marne,” participating in the influence of the 2024 Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games and the Olympic canoe, kayak, and rowing base at Vaires-sur-Marne.
