VINCI AND REICHEN CREATE A ‘BRIDGE’ BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE PORT
The Vinci group, the Banque des Territoires and Bernard Reichen will lead the conversion of the J1, a vast storage hangar that is a vestige of the golden age of Marseille’s commercial port. The programme includes a hotel, offices, restaurants, leisure spaces, a pool, etc. and a large plaza marking the reconciliation between the city and its port.
