Our group has just been officially designated awardee for the construction of the new modular hall of the Opéra Bastille and the extension of the workshops, following a competitive dialogue that began in November 2017.

The new construction will bring to completion one of the most emblematic projects of Carlos Ott, inaugurated in Paris in 1989.

The desire to enhance the original work, allied with current environmental ambitions, guided the general design of the new extensions. A subtle balance between the existing architecture, fully revealed, and its contemporary complement, which creates a link to the Viaduc des Arts, will create the new image of the third hall of the Opéra Bastille on the Rue de Lyon.
