The EHPAD (assisted-care facility) Saint Antoine de Padoue in Lille was inaugurated on 13 June in the presence of Martine Aubry, Mayor of Lille, Geneviève Mannario, Vice-President of the Department of the Nord, in charge of Autonomy, Jean-Claude Thiriez, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Centre Feron-Vrau” Association, Bruno Maillard, Director of the Association, and Vincent Beaucamp, Director, ADIM Nord-Picardie.
Programme:
Construction of a new assisted-care facility (325 beds) grouping together the assisted-care facilities of Notre-Dame D'Espérance and Marguerite Yourcenar on the Féron-Vrau site:
- 6 UVAs (Alzheimer's Care Units) comprising 12 to 14 beds,
- 8 UVs (Care Units) with 30 to 33 beds.
Creation of a green path connecting the future Lille Sud project and the existing fabric to the North. Creation of several residential programmes on the remaining occupied land areas.
