The firm has been selected to compete on the enhancement work on the Hôtel-Dieu in Paris with the ADIM group and in association with the Biecher architectural firm.
Programme:
Transformation of the Hôtel-Dieu closely linked with the City of Paris. The scope of the site and its context, both architectural and urban, make two additional programmes possible:
- a hospital project originating with AP-HP (Paris-region university hospital trust) on 2/3 of the total surface,
- and an urban project on the remaining third – the enhancement works, on a surface of approximately 17,000 m² SDPC (built floor area). This project will be based on a mixed planning and specification, innovative, open on the city and whose activities will need to achieve coherence with the overall project for the site, focused on the importance of health.
The project will contribute to enhancing this exceptional site: housing for students, innovative companies, shared and convivial spaces open to the public (shops, food services, etc.)
